AUCTIONS  DECREASE  IN  THE  FIRST  6  MONTHS  OF  2013  . ZAHARA DE  LOS  ATUNES  affected only by 0.05%

.
The General Council of the Judiciary noted that the courts have done in Spain until June 2013 13.4% of evictions , which continues to be good news , given the recent unpleasant incidents through suicide . According to the registrers of property last year banks were left with 30,034 homes. In Zahara , the auctions embargoes was very small, about 150 houses spread between Barbate, Zahara Atlanterra ( Tarifa term ) depending on the Land Registry number 2 of Algeciras.
The Judiciary noted that there were 21,272 evictions , figures in the first quarter of 2013 well below those for the same dates in 2012. It is believed that this decrease in the number of foreclosures has much to do with the new Code of Practice that the Rajoy government launched in the first quarter of 2012. However this code soon start producing a narrowing in the most disadvantaged households .
Apartments in Zahara of the Tunas affected were those who applied for loans for remodeling, purchasing prices of the housing bubble and people over 55 years.
